[W]ee Comand you to give timely Notice unto Our Severall Justices of the peace in Essex that they & Every of them be & personaly appear at the Towne house in Salem on the last Tuesday in this Instant July being the 26th day of the same at Nine of the Clock in the Morning there to hold a Generall Sessions of the peace for s'd County of Essex to hear & determine all matters relating to the Conservation of the peace . . . ."
