The short centers on the conflict between avid Baseball fan Donald and classical music lover Spike the Bee (channeling Toscanini in this cartoon) as they battle for control of Donald's radio.
Cels from this short are very hard to come by, and this is an especially nice example, which perfectly captures the 'bad side' of Donald's personality.
The matching shot appears at the 5 min 7 sec mark, when Donald hides under a table during his attempt to trick Spike into 'turning on' a fake radio, which lights a firecracker inside.
