Hand-inked, hand-painted production animation cel from the classic short Slide, Donald, Slide, first released November 25, 1949. 300x330 mm; 11⅞x13 inches.

The short centers on the conflict between avid Baseball fan Donald and classical music lover Spike the Bee (channeling Toscanini in this cartoon) as they battle for control of Donald's radio.

Cels from this short are very hard to come by, and this is an especially nice example, which perfectly captures the 'bad side' of Donald's personality.
