We have not found another impression at auction in the past 30 years.
The location of Wellington House, etched by Sickert in the plate lower left, was the artist's studio from around 1908 to 1914, on the corner of Granby Street and Hampstead Road, Camden Town, London (in a building that was formerly a school attended by Charles Dickens). Bromberg 148.
