This cult favorite animated feature was first released theatrically by Warner Bros. on Christmas Day, 1993. The matching scene appears 38 min 53 sec into the film at Joker's hideout in the Gotham World's Fair "House of the Future" attraction, where he jests about the broken homemaker robot Hazel. This cel features a large, expressive image which nicely captures the essence of "the Clown Prince of Crime."
