In the episode, Bruce Wayne's butler Alfred and his significant other visit the new Eternal Youth health spa, where the mysterious Dr. Daphne Demeter (spoiler: the villain Poison Ivy in disguise) touts her new youth serum "Demetrite." Batman is suspicious of Dr. Demeter's motives, and in the matching scene (around the 13 min 45 sec mark), brings a sample of Demetrite to the Batcave for testing. Upon mixing the substance with human serum, a vine lunges out of the test tube to attack him.
