Group of 38 cased and paper images depicting Andrews, his immediate family, and descendants, comprising 11 uncredited daguerreotypes (one a half-plate medallion of unidentified gentlemen and 6 dags of his daughters, all but one are sixth-plates), 7 ambrotypes, and 20 paper prints, including a carte-de-visite of Andrews; the hard images are mostly in full leather cases. Albumen, printing-out paper, and silver prints, various sizes, several are mounted. 1842-1900

A daguerreotype of one of Andrews's daughters contains a period handwritten label, which is pinned to the velvet cushion, that reads: "Sarah A. Andrews, about 1842, one of the earliest daguerreotypes taken."<
