Pair of two-part panoramic views of China relating to the Second Opium War, the first depicting "Tangkoo Fort, in Tianjin, China, after its capture, and showing the French and English entrance," and a variant two-part panorama of "North Tangkoo Fort." Unmounted albumen prints, each panel measures 10x13 inches (25.4x33 cm.), overall size 10x26 inches (25.4x66 cm.), the first with notations in the negative. 1860-1862
