Period Prussian blue tinted image of five medical students: Margaret Fee, Clara T. Israel, Kate W. Kopp, Magdalena B. Reiser, and Jennie S. Sharp, gathered around a table working on a cadaver, with a human skull; on a period card mount, the students identified by their last names in ink on the mount dated 1895 in the same hand; all are listed as students graduating circa 1895 in published Annual Announcements of the College; one corner of the mount chipped and taped back into place on verso, the photograph unaffected by the chip to the mount; cyanotype: 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 in.; mount: 5 1/4 x 4 1/4 in.

The Woman's Medical College of Pennsylvania was founded in 1850.
